Summary

Potions Class needs no account and never reads your location, contacts, or photos. Your progress stays on your device. The only personal detail the app can receive is what you choose to type yourself: the text of an optional feedback message and, if you ask us to reply, your email address.

What stays on your device

Your progress is saved only on your device through the standard iOS app storage:

• grades for each lesson and recipe,
• the difficulty you picked,
• which recipes you have opened,
• unlocked achievements.

This data never leaves your device. It is removed when you delete the app. It is not tied to your name, Apple ID, or any other identifier.

Feedback you send us

The game may ask how you like it. If you rate it below five stars, you can write us a message. Sending it is entirely your choice, and nothing is sent unless you tap Send.

What we receive with that message:

• the text you wrote,
• the star rating you picked,
• your email address, only if you turned on "Contact me about this" and typed one.

The message is delivered to a Google Form owned by the developer and is used only to answer you and to fix the game. It is not sold, shared for advertising, or used to build a profile. If you leave the contact switch off, we cannot reply and receive no way to identify you. Write to the address below to have your message deleted.

Network and third parties

Apart from the feedback above, the app connects to the internet for these purposes:

• Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (Google) report which screens are opened, how lessons end, and crash diagnostics. Events carry no text you type and no name or email. Google assigns the installation a random identifier and processes technical data such as device model and system version under its own privacy policy.
• Apple handles distribution and the in-app purchase below, under Apple's privacy policy.
• Google Forms receives a feedback message only when you send one.

The app shows no advertising and has no advertising SDK.

Purchases

Potions Class offers one optional in-app purchase that unlocks the rest of the course for good. Payment is handled entirely by Apple: the developer receives confirmation that the purchase happened and never sees your card details, address, or Apple Account credentials.

Children's privacy

Potions Class is a family game and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. We never knowingly ask children for personal information: the feedback form is optional, an email address is never required to play, and analytics events carry no personal details. If you believe a child has sent us an email address and you want it removed, write to the address below and we will delete it.

Security

Feedback is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Progress and purchase status stay in the app's own storage, protected by iOS.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts to handle data differently, this policy will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
