Acceptance

By downloading or playing Potions Class you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Potions Class is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple's standard licensed application terms also apply, and where they conflict with these terms, Apple's terms prevail for matters covered by them.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play Potions Class on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, as permitted by the App Store terms.

You may not:

• copy, modify, or create derivative works of the app;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or extract its source code, except where the law expressly allows it;
• extract, reuse, or redistribute its artwork, music, sounds, fonts, text, or recipe designs;
• sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the app;
• use the app in any way that breaks the law.

Intellectual property

Potions Class and everything in it, including the game design, recipes, illustrations, animations, music, sound effects, and text, belong to the developer or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you no ownership of any part of the app. Potions Class is an original work and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any book, film, or franchise.

Accounts, purchases, and content

The app has no accounts, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no way to submit content. Your progress is stored only on your device and is lost if you delete the app. We are not responsible for lost progress.

Children

Potions Class is a family game suitable for all ages. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

Updates and availability

We may update, change, or discontinue the app at any time without notice. Updates may alter recipes, grading, achievements, or other gameplay. We do not promise that the app will always be available or work on every device.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. The potions, ingredients, and recipes in the game are fictional and must not be tried in real life.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the app. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero.

Termination

We may end your license if you break these terms. You can end it at any time by deleting the app. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimer, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the developer's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you more rights.
